Welcome To Python West Midlands!

The Python User Group for Birmingham, Coventry and the West Midlands.

We are a user and developer group for the Python programming language and Python Applications.

Our group includes professional programmers, web developers, students and retired people. We hold meetings up for tutorials, group programming and social events. To find out more about the group, you can read the FAQ or view our members directory.

If you know nothing about Python, you could read our Introduction to Python for non-geeks, then try our background to Python tutorial to get going. You could then read our reviews of further materials. We also have the man page, man python, which explains command line options.
